Kelly Pavlik vs. Dmitry Pirog: who would win?

I would say Pirog. I think it would be an all action fight.

I don't understand why Pavlik's people keep picking guys with good movement. They need to get him in the ring with some come forward, no head movement type of guys get a lil confidence back from pavlik. and fire jack lowlife

I think it is a 50-50 fight if you ask me. People think juts because Hopkins won every round against Pavlik, and because he lost 8-4 against Martinez, when it looke dlike pavlik was taking control after 8 that Pavlik sucks, when they were calling hima future ATG in 2008. Pirog is a better boxer than Pavlik, but he has much less power, and would not be able to hurt Pavlik either. Lets not get it twisted Pavlik would have knocked Jacobs out cold as well, he has done it to better fighters in the past.

If I had to choose I would pick pavlik by decision.

Pavlik ain't ****, Pirog U.Ds him or possibly stops him. Pirog can fight on the inside aswell and he does have more then enough power to hurt Pavlik.

Great fight but I'd prefer to see Pirog tested first againt the likes of JUMPMAN Cintron, Angulo, Yuri Foreman, etc... first.

Pirog seems to have all the tools to be a great champion. He has good movement, footwork and he uses angles very well.

Easy, and THE ROCK MEANS EASY win for Pirog.

I would argue Pirog wins moar impressively than Martinez did. I see a Hopkins-esque style beatdown.
