i know it's money in the millions, but putting up 4 million to get 1 million, equaling 5 million total, is a lot of money, but that isnt a good investment if you ask me.

It's a 25% return on investment (not adjusted for time value of money). He was supposed to get back the $4m principal + $1m in interest.

If you guys can find a legitimate investment that pays a guaranteed 25% rate of return, let me know. Most corporations pay back maybe 1-5% dividends.
