I risk my life everytime i walk out my front door, everytime I get behind the wheel. No one on earth as a 100% safe job. Not everyday you hear about boxers dying. Hell to be honest most of these fighters today arent even trying to kill one another. They come off as hating each other to sell the fight but when the bell rings they same to be friends...

Anytime you take 200-400 punches to the head, eyes, liver, kidneys within 48 minutes you are putting your health at risk. I don't know what you do for a living but this comment seems so ****ing silly.

The statement of chatting smack and not backing it up applies to you more than anyone else. Would you put on a pair of boxing gloves and step in the ring with someone who trained to beat your ass? would you put on a pair of boxing gloves and fight someone who has trained to beat your ass in front of a stadium of people for a low fee?

Most people wouldn't. Even people who have aspirations of being a pro choke at the stage where they have to perform in front of people. The road to the 7 digit pay check is long.

Just cuz someone gets paid to fight doesnt make them more manly then someone who doesnt. Dont forget A boxer might be good in the ring, but in the streets there is no Joe Cortez or draculage to break a fight up. Everything goes when outside that squared circle. Back to subject, since u clearly say these fighters train to beat one another then I expect to see fights being made. I'm sick of all the ducking thats been going on in boxing and its getting worst. As a paying fan of the sport I should be able to call a fighter a coward or a ***** if need be. If I hire an electrican to come out to my house to fix an outlet and it takes him 6 hours, without being an electrican I can tell you that guy is dumb and doesnt have a clue as to what he's doing. And you also have trainers that train fighters and has never laced up or stepped in a ring. So what your saying really doesnt make sense at the end of the day. And i've fought in a ring and outside a ring.

Naw your comment seems to be ****ing silly. Like I said boxing use to be a DANGEROUS sport. But recently I havent seen one fight where i thought somebodies health was at risk. These fighters aint fighting like they use to. Its about Money now. Boxing is watered down with politics. The 24/7 and the whole build up to the fight has more action then the actual fight. Out of 1000s fights you can probably name one or two fights that was action packed, 12 rounds of brutal fighting...its just not happening...

And a fighter only fights once or twice a year and they take 6 months vacations. Give me a break. I do construction work year round and bout to graduate from the University of Columbia Missouri. My job is year round. I take on more danger and stress then any of these cowards. Hell we get into fights at clubs that worst then this bull **** they be selling...Quit putting these fighter above all because the lace up. I know *****s that didnt get a break like Floyd or Manny or Berto due to poor management. And they would destroy them in 2 rounds.

You have to look at the journey not just the destination. I agree that the most marketed fights have not been the best, but what about up to that point? What about sparring? What about training and dieting? Its like football, every game, every fight is a health risk. I mean even in a grabage fight a thumb to the eye can detach your retina.
I'm sorry but brutality is not the only variable determining how dangerous a fight is. One punch, placed right, can make you a vegetable or kill you.

Haye because he physically talked himself into a fight he then chickened from.

Khan because he twitter fights and ducked Katsedis blatently.

Mayweather because really he shoulda fought Pac after he gave into all his demands; kinda lame from May but he gets 3rd for me because he has fought better competition than Haye & Khan so has earnt respect imo.

I agree with you. All i'm saying is "someone should be able to make a comment on rather a guy is a coward, regardless of if he laced up or not." Granted he isnt in the ring fighting for living or being rated P4P. I take my hat off to anyone with a job rather it be dangerous or not. If thats the road you take to make a living and your successful, cong****. But as long as I've been on earth and as long as i'm paying to watch you fight. I should be able to say "you a coward". Thats all im saying.
