No... you don't know his limitations, Manny schools Angulo every day of the week and twice on Sunday. The guy lost to Cintron and he's the same exact type of fighter as Margarito, if you think Angulo beats Manny then you better drop some money on Margarito for their fight. How? its the other way around if anything, I don't recall Tony ever coming into fights in the upper 160s.
Cut the bull****, Manny will never truly fight at 154, which is why he will force all Jr. MW to fight at a catch weight. He is at his absolute limit at 147, this is one of those instances where size does matter.
I think that guys said Junior Welterweights and not Junior Middleweights making what he said the same as what your are trying to say (Manny being too small for 154).
