Nope, Serg said he'd fight Pac with or without tests....makes no difference. Serg is way bigger than Pac and is at MW right now residing as the champ...the lineal champ. He could give it up for a vacant title and a payday and he would be stripped of his titles within a month at MW. I don't think fighting Martinez would be a smart move for Pac.
