Normally I would say that this article is an utter waste of time and propaganda b/c Team Bradley (not Bradley the individual) wants absolutely no part of Devon the man. I've seen these stunts before with throwing out the bait just before the opponent (in this case Alexander) has an upcoming fight where there's a slight chance that Devon could overlook a points pile up artist (but still B level) fighter like Kotelnik. But then I look at everything this article throws out and I find myself extremely intrigued. The magical date of January 29th 2011 is the operative derivative here b/c it's the off week b/w the last playoff game and the dead weekend before the SuperBowl (NFL I'm referencing). Mosley showed two yrs ago that this is a weekend that can garner an additional couple hundred thousand sales from an NFL crowd needing an adrenaline rush. Should be interesting to see this story unfold. For the record, Devon starches 'mini Holyfield Bradley' in a 12 rd, whitewash...or better yet, doctor or corner TKO!

That's what makes me lean towards Bradley homie. That boy has that it factor like Andre Dirrell. Those guys will do WHATEVER even if the fight is a borefest, they will do whatever it takes to win.Comment

tr ined Skills, but I say the same for Devon's bout with Urango. Alot of people want to discredit Urango after the way that Devon starched him but if we look at that fight as unobjective Boxing fans and remeber that Urango was coming off a win and even though he was beat by Berto, he went the distance, and made Berto look bad(especially when he came UP in weight to face Berto). Hatton couldn't put him away(and this was when Hatton was considered a monster). Urango was a legit champion at 140. He even lasted against a flush Randall Bailey shot and got up to win the fight. I thought it was over when Randall caught him, but he got up off the deck and finished the fight. Devon made adjustments in the Urango fight. Thats how he caught Juan leanin in with the upper cut. Devon has more facetes to his game than Tim IMHO, and he also has that "IT" factor that you're talkin bout. This fight if made(And I hope and pray to the Boxing God's that it gets made in January), it will be one helluva scrap homie. One for the ages I think.Comment
