If you're bit.chin about it, dont buy the ppv, easy as that.
I'm not necessarily disagreeing, but this will only be his 2nd catchweight fight he's ever fought.

And in both fight's, neither Cotto or Margarito were/are exactly in bargaining positions to say no. Who the **** would Margarito be to make demands or say what he is comfortable with, when he is a disgraced fighter? Manny and Freddie wanted Cotto at 143 IIRC, but he said that there was no way that he could comfortably make that weight, so they settled at 145.

Not only that, but who is going to pass up the money you'd get from fighting Pacquiao? I'd take a few less cards in my hand if it meant I got around an 6-8 million dollar pay day.

The opponent....? And the weight 150lbs, not 154lbs. We all know fighters usually fight at the maximum limit, especially for titles. There are more worthy opponents in that division.

The weight? Tony is gonna come in 15 pounds heavier than Pac come fight night plus he spent his entire career at 147 which he said he wanted to go back down to anyway.

And you think Pac is the first Champ to get a free pass to a title at a higher weight class?

It's a ****ty fight with dark undertones, what else is new? Like the fighters we admire, boxing fans are gluttons for punishment.

I gave it a 4...the only keeping me from 5 is picturing margarito absorb all those punches and trying to give something back.

Good thing he's got no defense, extremely easy to hit so Pacq should tattoo him all night long.

Not sure how much durability his chin holds after that Mosley beatdown, but I don't think Pacq hits as hard as Mosley.

margarito is the tallest foe Pacq's ever faced, and if he jabs like he did against Garcia and makes it even a little difficult for Pacq to get in there, then maybe I'd wish I had given it 3.
