How lame is Pac-Marg for Pac's 8th division title?

On a scale of 1-5, 5 being extremely lame, and 1 being only slightly lame.

Manny Pacquiao fighting the disgraced Antonio Margarito for a vacant belt at a catchweight for Pac's 8th division.

This would make it twice that Pac fought for a paper belt at a catchweight. And yet we're supposed to believe this is adding to his legacy.

To be honest, the fight itself isn't terrible. It will probably be highly entertaining actually. It's the circumstances, vacant title, and catchweight that are lame.
