At this point I think Pacquiao could knock Marquez out especially if they fight above 135. I'm a huge Marquez fan but he just cannot compete above 135 and Pacquiao clearly doesn't have that same issue. The time for the 3rd fight was when Marquez knocked out Casamayor at the heels of Pacquiao's win against Diaz. I'd rather see Marquez fight Kahn and get a shot at history and then retire whatever the outcome.

        Not worth it!!!

People saying that JMM deserves another shot at Manny Pacquiao are making a big mistake. That will be a death wish for JMM. At 130 lbs. and younger age, he might be able to keep up with Manny. Today at 37 years old and moving up to 145 or 147 lbs...Manny will just toy with him. It is true that anybody that fights Manny Pacquiao will make money, but for JMM to fight Manny is suicidal and the money he will earn will just be spent for medical expenses. It is not worth it.

Pacquiao would KO Marquez in devastating fashion. I don't even want to see the fight.

i dont care what winning streak pac is on first of all when jmm went to 147 people dont take into account he faced the best ww of all mayweather, manny at 147 has fought nobodys so all this manny would kill jmm isnt true, jmm may not win but hell take manny to hell and back again proof of this is pacs fight with clottey. clottey lost every round barely hit pac and at the end pac looked like a loser. clottey doesnt hve anywhere near the output even a 37 year old jmm has. it would be competeive jmm simply has pac all figured out and pac does have the ko power. certainly would be a better fight than margarito.pac scorede erly knockdowns in both fights but after that it was all jmm, id rather see jmm vs pac at 140lbs than all the other crap coming out of top gank. sans a gayweather bout.pacs defense is margarito level jmm would do well pac hasnt been able to put away jmm in 24rnds he wont do it now. its all about the style and strategey not muscles.jmmis old ,? yes he is but still has plenty left.

              Missed opportunity

Pac could defend his 140lb title and complete an epic trilogy against a more than deserving JMM, but instead chooses to relenquish his only real title to fight a cheater for a meaningless title. Pac & Arum need to be sent a clear message and a boycott of the ppv is the best vehicle for it. Ignoring the fans is hard on your pocketbook.

I would love to see a third fight between these two, instead of a Marg fight. When you get these two guys in the ring together, it's always a good thing.
The thing that I don't understand is all these people who's jobs are in the boxing world keep saying Pac and Arum won't fight JMM again. But I swear I remember after the 1st Floyd-Pac fight fell thru, they offered JMM the Dallas fight, but Goldenboy said they wanted 50/50 and OSDT. Dude had his chance to bad Goldenboy f@cked him over.

marquez should seek out the easy fights he is spent now slow and deliberate, short and clumsy. I never thought he was good when they said he was good. Pac is in another league now and after mayweather man****d marquez in the embarrassing lose every round fight loss he should have quit.
