    oh he's the greatest thing the lightweight division has ever seen?

    Diaz is as perfect for marquez as Hatton was for Pacquiao

    though i haven't seen anybody jump far enough out of the box to say something so silly, let me help you out. first, take note that hatton's style relies on aggression and punch resistance and then go watch the juan lazcano fight.

    the paulie malinaggi fight deceived people that don't know their stuff. golden boy put him in there with a name opponent with no power that would not expose his declining chin (similar to what they did with amir khan) and hatton was able to jump in without regard and rough him up.

    the thing about that marquez win saturday is that that was NOT diaz he fought. that was the diaz's ghost. it was the remains of diaz's destroyed confidence.

    hatton was definitely made for pacquiao at that point, that diaz couldn't have beat any top class opposition, imo. his normal fighting style is swarming and outworking, not that jabbing machine crap he was on saturday night.
