Probably because it's so unrealistic. There is no way this would be a $50/60 PPV. It would have to be much more.
If it was $50/60 probably 4-5 million. It'd be great for the sport no doubt but it just ain't gonna happen.Comment

I don't think it would do much more than Floyd/Manny with a **** undercard. Although it is a dream card for a boxing fan, ppvs are driven by casual fans and simply the casual fan doesn't know these guys. What that card would do though is help promote the sport and give the casual fan more guys to root for. It would benefit boxing immensely to do put a card with amazing fights on it.Comment

Dream on...
The first step for it to come a reality in time would be to stop buying ****ty PPVs nobody wants to see like Manny Pacquiao vs Antonio Margarito. Maybe when they have to give us that **** on free tv, we would be paying only for quality ****. As long as we still are buying ****ty ppvs there is no way we will get decent ones.Last edited by Allucard; 08-02-2010, 07:47 PM.Comment

With a card like this they could hold the fights in different locations. They could have 4 mega events. Floyd/Manny in Vegas, Wlad/Haye in UK or Russia, Bradley/Alexander in SoCal or St. Louis, Gamboa/Lopez in Puerto Rico.I don't think it would do much more than Floyd/Manny with a **** undercard. At each location they could have a big screen broadcasting the other fights live. It'd be epic but so would many other things that will never happen.Comment
