    Boxing book recommendations...

Has anybody read any boxing books? I ordered my first boxing book from amazon a while back: "An Unforgiving Sport: An Inside Look at Another Year in Boxing" (2008) by Thomas Hauser.

I have yet to receive it but it should be here tomorrow. I kind of regret purchasing it, having found out that the book is essentially a compilation of his articles from that year. But since it was cheap, I'm not complaining much.

Anyway, the other book I'm thinking of purchasing is: "The Life and Crimes of Don King: The Shame of Boxing in America" by Jack Newfield.

I've heard great things about it, but I wanna' hear directly from people who have read any boxing books. Can anybody give me some feedback as to any particular books you've enjoyed?

I've read a few. My favorite that I've read is "My View from the Corner" by Angelo Dundee.

Hauser's Ali book is phenominal. Dave Kindred's Ali/Cosell book is also very good.
