I think he is just needs to improve footwork a little bit. We will see if he steps up and face somebody like El Perro.

Pirog is pretty damn sick. I don't care what anyone says I was very impressed with this kid. Not only does he have skills, for his first fight in America he was so comfortable in the ring, he made it look effortless.

I don't know if he's ready for Martinez just yet, but he's definitely a top 160 pounder imo.

saw this guy for the first time last night and looked very good. has a good chin too.

not seen enough to decide if he's world class but definitely one to watch out for.

He may well be, but I'd like to see one more fight before I make my mind up.

Hmmm, is a world champion world class?

Just j/k! I would say so. He's faced two guys that have world class skills, one as a prospect and one as a multi-title challenger and very good fighter in Kofi Jantuah. He beat both much worse than they'd ever been beaten, and the only time in Jacobs case.

I think he is definitely beatable, but he can also beat most guys out there if he fights right and at his best.

                Yes, I'd say so.

What's World class? Is it the same as elite?

He already defeated a top 5 middleweight prospect and Pirog is 1 of the 10 best middleweights easily with middleweights the caliber of Sylvester and Sturm holding belts and Karmazin and Zbik as contenders.

                  Pirog is World class.

So true, you could just sense that Jacobs was not sure what to do with Pirog.
