    JUAN MANUEL MARQUEZ

"I am willing to fight anybody. I am proud of my performance. Juan Diaz is a tremendous fighter. He came with a different game plan. Whatever is in store for me next, I will train hard and come to fight.

Would like to see JMM against a 140 belt holder man , interesting .Wonder how he'd do at 140 .142 against Mayweather and Mayweather 146 .Don't think any of the 140 ib's are on Mayweather's level anyway so i'd fancy JMM to win a belt.

I might get blasted for this, but I think JMM should retire. He should end his career on a note where he defended his lineal lightweight championship against a determined young fighter on a good payday. He got an even better payday in Sept 09 so he has that money to keep. JMM is a first ballot HOF and you can make a good argument that he's better than Morales or MAB. If anything, I'd say JMM should fight Katsidis just so he can prove that he can **** with an even crazier fighter at a weight where he's the king - if he fails, there's no embarassment and if he wins, awesome. Dinamita has nothing to prove anymore. Fights with Khan and Pacquiao are mistakes waiting to happen and JMM should realize that he can't keep up those fighters (Pac bcuz he's Pac now, and Khan bcuz he's a 140 lbser, etc).

MARQUEZ win over PAC won't do nothing for PAC.

A PAC vs MARQUEZ III with PAC winning wouldn't do much for PAC since peeps will say MARQUEZ is old. However a MARQUEZ win would make MARQUEZ look like a SUPER CHAMP. The average boxing fan wants to see a fight where a WIN on other side would have a HIGH REWARD at a HIGH RISK.

He should give it a try. He could come in at a comfortable weight maybe 137 and fight for a title, he deserves a shot. I see JMM putting up a hell of a fight even if he looses.

Marquez VS Diaz III why not? First fight Marquez won by KO, second fight he won by decision. Maybe Diaz can win the last lol?

No, it's about fighting Pacquiao right now. If not, then it's the next best thing to make that fight happen. Marquez wants to retire on his shield, not squash an ant.
