The Middleweight division is starting to look good again!

I miss the days back when 160 was loaded. It had names like Pavlik, Taylor, Hopkins, Miranda, Abraham, Sturm, and all of them were in their prime (well aside from maybe B-Hop). Unfortunately most of them got ruined or moved up. But now its starting too look good again. We have Martinez, Chavez Jr, Pirog, Pavlik (he's still got a lot left if he can manage to make weight), Daniel Jacobs (he'll rebound, trust me), Sturm and Williams (once he stops being a bonehead and realizes that there's no fights at 147),

I always thought the division was strong, just that certain matchups needed to be made. Pirog vs. Jacobs was a good step in the right direction.

It seems like a lotta the names are foreign fighters though...I hope they're willing to come on US soil...

Guerrero's good, Jacobs is good despite tonight, Pirog was a suprise to me...Pavlik's still around but I think he has to be matched right...

I knew I forgot somebody. I agree that Golovkin is good. He's definitely got some pop in his punches.

He's fighting for the WBA belt vs Nunez and got his freedom from Universum. Things are looking good.

Hardest hitter at MW hands down. Both fists.

....actually Lemiuex may be in that league too.

Great list. And there's also Sylvester. He'd give just about anyone in the division a rough time even though he'd probably lose to the big names. And now that Sturm is out of that ****** contract, he's back in the mix too.
