Why do I keep hearing comparisons of Pirog and Pavlik... is it just that he's white lol. He didn't fight anything like Pavlik besides the fact he also has a great right hand.

I mean, not to compare the two. Just that Pavlik had some success in the mid rounds and Pirog is A LOT better then Pavlik, I'm 100% sure Pirog is ready. They just need to make it happen.

Awe okay... yeah we'll see... I think he's good but while Jacobs is a pretty good athlete he is still just a prospect.

Pirog will be GB's property real soon with a win like that.

I dont think its too soon since hes a belt holder now that should be his job aside from mandatories. Personally i think he should wipe the mat with a few more prospects like Martyrosian and Guerrero to establish himself and then eventually showdown with Sergio.

It might be a little too soon, Pirog could use a little bit more seasoning, right now I'd say he'd be competitive but that Martinez' experience would win him the fight but with more experience Pirog would have a better chance of winning. Martinez' style would always give Pirog trouble, moreso than the other way round.

Martinez would wipe the floor with Pirog.

                    War Maravilla!
