The ref should have allowed Jacobs to get up. He already had 3 out of 4 rounds in the bank on the official judges scorecards. The fight would've been tied tied if he could've survived the round.

Jacobs was doing a good job of outboxing him for the most part. He was wasting a lot of energy though and Pirog's pressure and defense was getting to him, he wasn't reacting well to it. I was saying during the fight that Jacobs should try to bank all the early rounds he can because he's gonna be worse for wear down the stretch.

Ref should've let the fight go on.

Dude, I liked him a lot. His style is nothing like Mayweather's and it's pretty much just like Augustus, he's just not as good a showboater. But he has the same awkward, shoulder-swinging head movement. I was paying him a compliment, I'm a big Augustus fan. But to say that this guy is world class is baloney - how do you think he would do against Paul Williams? Or Kelly Pavlik? Or the man the took that belt from, Sergio Martinez? He'd get stopped and fast.

He's already faced some world class competition and won. Never looked hurt or close to being stopped. None of those guys would stop and I think he could beat some of them.

His best opponent before Jacobs was Kofi Jantuah who was a fine top contender and had a number of title fights. No one dominated hm like Pirog did and that's saying something. Arthur Abraham couldn't, Kassim Ouma couldn't and he had beaten some really good fighters and champions. He's the only dude to have knocked out Daniel Santos when he was unbeaten. He was a top fighter. I think he's proven he wouldn't just fold under the best fighters pressure.

He has a major chance at beating all of those guys.

Not necessarily at all. I had it 3-1 Jacobs. He landed a lot more and like it or not was winning the rounds, but not the fight. Go watch it again. Pirog got hit a fair bit but ignored it.
