Personally, i didnt see it as that close off a fight. I kept score and in the end i thought it was close. But then i looked at my score card and i had it 117-112 Taylor winning rounds1,2,3,4,7,8,9,12 and Hopkins winning rounds 6,10,11 and a 10-10 5th round. I can see someone having 115-113 Taylor or at worst a draw 114-114 but to all who TRUELY think that hopkins was robbed and youre not just being a loyal nutthugger, you actually think he was robbed, you should really think of maybe joining a football forum or some **** cause boxing aint youre thing.

Hopkins won the last 3 rounds big but it was obvious Taylor won, its not even worth the debate because there is no doubt about the winner.

Its just a case of Hopkins saying he was robbed and people saying the same. The majority of people who think Hopkins won cant form an opinion for themselves.

So many people thought Taylor was too green to face someone like Hopkins, if he was then it should of never have been a close fight, no doubt Taylor took the first half of the fight and Ex the rest. Hopkins himself said he would take Taylor out anyway he felt like, that Taylor would be looking out his corner to stop it and wonder what the fu** they got him into. But that never happened,not that I believe that ish Ex was trying to preach. Hops himself was stunned by that big right Taylor got him in the early rounds and would of been down had it not been by the ropes and it would of been a 10-8 round. I thought it was a draw, but a it was very important fight and draws dont happen that often in big fights . Besides Hopkins proved he is a bad mofo at 40 in this fight, and 2 he cant fu** with Tarver if he couldnt dominate a bit green Taylor. Nard only has one good fight left in him and thats a rematch with Taylor cuz he cant take on anyone higher than 160.
Long live the Golden Boy Prom. curse and Hopkins dont belong in the top 10 middleweigths of all time.

I was unhappy abt the verdict, and I think tne reaction of the 2 camps at the ending bell said it all. To be the champ, you have to WHOOP the champ, but marginaly outpoint him! And if that margin is based on Taylor coming fwd and being the aggressor, despite Ex landing the quality shots, then there is much to complain about.

That said, well done to the young man. BHOP is a legend, and all reigns come to an end.

Hopkins has been doing that **** for years though, its about time he got beat for running, he doesnt work his jab anymore and replies on his name to pick him up extra points, he got extra points for his name this time but Taylor won the majority of the rounds. the judge who had Hopkins winning by wide margins should be investigated because there's no way he won as many as Taylor, never mind a lot more.

I think Hopkins had a good run, but it was amazing to me that he lasted this long in boxing. I think a truer test will be if Taylor can match those 20 title defenses, which is quite an accomplishment no matter how you feel about Hopkins as a fighter.

If I was in Hopkins shoes, I would have no shame despite the DiBella mess and move on with life.
