In my opinion it would be a brutal and fantastic fight with guys taylor made for each other. A real blue collar war.

Angulo has NEVER been hit with anything near what Pavlik brings to the table, and defense isnt Angulos strongest suit.

Seeing a rehydrated 175 pound Pavlik across from you and knowing only mover and technically sound boxers have beat him....

Will suck for Angulos mental game.

that and it occurring to him a few seconds later that He himself is neither technically sound nor a mover. lol.

Still a bigger older pitbull vs a younger smaller pitbull....

In the past I would've picked Pavlik easy, but I'm not so sure now.

Stylistically, Angulo is tailor made for Pavlik, but it's vice versa as well. Even though Pavlik has the attributes to box jabbing from the outside, Espino dictated where the fight would be fought and Angulo is always moving forward. And Angulo is slow, but when he lets his hands go in combination, he's pretty fast.

Offensively, the other will be able to land on the other at a high %, the winner is whoever would be able take what the other dishes out better. Angulo might have more heart and be tougher, but Pavlik has more power and not bad in the other categories. Their conditioning is great too.

It's a tossup fight, although I lean to Pavlik.

Pavlik would knock Angulo out, he'd be the bigger guy and the styles matchup suits him. Would be a war though.
