Until now, some people still insist that there really were no negotiations and that Bob Arum simply manipulated people and events all to his advantage. Well, if you analyze things a bit, here's what Bob had to do to get us where we are today:

1. Cause Floyd jr, to keep his shut and not say a word while Bob drags his name in the media for weeks.
2. Made Al Haymon say "no comment" when asked about the status of the negotiations, instead of saying "what negotiations?".
3. Hypnotize dela hoya to contradict himself when asked about the negotiations.
4. fry dela hoya's brain cells so he would perform an EPIC FAIL in defending his recorded contradictory statements.
5. convince ross greenberg to side with him and say that there really were negotiations, in spite of the fact that this would be grossly disadvantageous to him since HBO made much more money with Floyd than with Pac.

I think i'd call him Darth Bob from now on....

The sad thing is that some floyd fans are ardent that all of that is the case , that bob arum is the devil and tricked everyone , all the while floyd conviniently hasn't said a word otherwise . Floyd didn't want pac , that is all.
