Naw. Arum is giving Cotto an easy matchup with a Mexican that will make them both good money becasue they will have PR & Mex fans lapping it up. By giving Cotto an easy fight it assures them both another payday after this piece of crap fight.

Is he giving Cotto some consideration after Bull****ting him to put up his title in a catchweight scam with Pac or is it the payday he promised for taking a fight at a weight that was not in his benefit.
