Ok i will try to explain here. I used to be a big Mayweather fan a few years ago. I thought he was great to watch and he did the business in the ring. He moved up to 147 and i really thought he would prove his greatness. He left me very disappointed and retired while the best fighters were fighting. He changed his name to "money" came out of retirement to fight old guys. He lost me as a fan in a big way. I remember in work telling everyone how great he was. Everyone is laughing at me now. Floyd let me down, and i will always root for Pac from now on. Thoughts anyone?
Serious question.........

I am a big fan of Floyd... but I kinda get what your saying, it seems like since he doesn't have to fight as much anymore he isn't as interested. But none the less I am a fan of him because hes extremely skilled and a great talent.Ok i will try to explain here. I used to be a big Mayweather fan a few years ago. I dont even think hes afraid of anyone, I just dont think hes as interested in Boxing anymore, its been constantly around him his entire life and now hes got the opportunity to take as many breaks as he wants hes just taking advantage, unfortunately.Comment

I agree with you, the guy has talent dripping out of his arse, very frustrating because he could be the best boxer of all time. He didn't prove it for me and i lost interest.Comment

You could say that he's the fighter with the greatest potential out there. Which makes it such a tragedy that he's simply putting his skills to waste.Comment

'duuuuude, what happened to you? you used to love that guy'
is a question i always hear from my friends when i talk about Floyd nowadays...Comment

IMO dude, If you put more stock in BOXING rather than a BOXER you'd be better off.Ok i will try to explain here. I used to be a big Mayweather fan a few years ago. Floyd by far is the most talented and skilled boxers of our era, and my P4P #1 current. But there is way to much talent out there to focus so much on just one or two guys.
My advise, Devon, Bradley, Kahn, Gamboa, JMM... Focus on other guys, leave the big 2 alone.Comment
