  • Today's Manny Pacquiao is the MOST SKILLED Southpaw ever

Really, he is. Pernell didn't have offense like Manny. Pernell just relied on running away while punching. Marvin wasn't incredibly skilled either, he relied on great conditioning and endurance.

I've never seen a fighter use the southpaw stance like Manny does. The way he uses it to set up his power shots, how he throws "crossover punches" as if he was playing basketball, and he has a great right hand now.

He's the most well-versed southpaw of all time.

If you really saw Whitaker fight, you'd know that he never ran. He could make opponents miss standing right in front of them.

Same with Hagler not being that skilled.

you must admit most of witaker "defence" was nothing more than him running away sometimes with his back completly turned to his opponents!!!!! and other times he was doing some tom foolery like damn near sitting down and other shinanigans !!!! dont get me rong hes a good fighter but he was feather fisted and did allot of clowning around !!! boxing is serious bisness its not time for barnum and baily

Marvin Hagler almost got beat by Vito Antuofermo.he almost lost the title to HIM. He also lost to SRL, he got outspeeded and beat by a smaller guy.

Could Marvin go up to 168 or 175? I don't think so.
