Should Vitali Klitschko force Shannon Briggs (Busted last year) to blood test?

Shannon Briggs was busted late last year for use of a "Banned Substance". The funny thing is, it was mostly hidden from the press because they never released what the "banned substance" even was, which is a disgrace in itself.

    See the article here:

They said it was because of "medication" he was on for Asthma.

Gotzev declined to identify the substance that Briggs tested positive for but told ESPN.com on Saturday night that the test result came about because of medication he takes for asthma, which he has battled for years.

Yes, Briggs has been busted before, he should be tested on that alone.

Why would Klitschko force the special blood tests when Briggs cant even pass normal tests?

Are they fighting in the US? If not then Briggs - who failed a test in the States - would be wise to put the needles away for this one. As for the TS's question, it depends. Vitali would be well within reason to do so--unless he's juicing himself.

The poll could be moot, they are fighting in Germany where I understand they're are stricter tests. Can anyone confirm?

First off Briggs was way smaller back in the day and I think he's been on the juice for years.

Second off, he doesn't care. He was retired and chilling and came back to fight 3 dish washers and now he's getting the easiest big paycheck a fighter has ever received.

Briggs has shown time and time again once the check is guaranteed he's only showing up to collect.

I wonder how strict they could possibly be if, the German Anti-Doping Agency is also pushing for OST in bouts there. Ultimately, the testing will be whatever K2 wants, for better or worse.
