  • Can Boxing get any worse?

Now that we were all excited that we might actually get a really good championship fight happening (Bradley vs. Alexander) The whole drama with the twitter scandal was proven to be fake. So now instead of Khan actually getting pushed to fight Maidana since Bradley was going to take on Devon, He's going to call out JMM. Bradley and Devon might "make negotiations" but I just don't believe it happens.

boxing is pretty low right now. who would've thought the Super 6 would be the most exciting thing happening the 2nd half of the year?

like somebody posted earlier, there's a lot of talking going on right now, but no much fighting....

I say wait at least another year.

At least the JMM-Diaz II undercard is a treat, and GBP/DLH just said they'll be aiming to make their upcoming undercards as competitive and interesting as this one.

Next year, the 140's can't run anywhere anymore, and we get a decisive 140 King. Next year, we hope Gamboa/Juanma happens, and we get a FW king.

We might also get Bute v. Super 6 winner.

But damn...if none of these fights happen, there's gonna be millions of disappointed fans....who rightfully so should boycott the sport.

you are difinately right, even though the S6 is still somewhat exciting so far, but damn it's pretty bad in boxing.

Yes. It could stop being on TV a minimum of every other weekend (with many weekends having multiple cards). It's really not that bad, we're spoiled now where we can watch fights from all over the world all the time...

70 years ago you would have had to be super rich to do that...

like _original_ said, what was supposed to be the most exciting year in boxing, just turned boxing fans against each other and those who were on the fence, went to MMA.

If you think boxing is fine, then you're being naive. 70 years ago? Really
