              Actually that report is based on Briggs posting something on his facebook a few days ago, but Vitali then went on the record and said he was still talking with Valuev.

                    I'm looking forward to it. I couldn't get excited about the Sosnowski fight, but I'm somewhat excited about this one.

                    I'm not saying it's the best fight for Vitali - Haye would be better, but he's afraid of anybody named Klitschko. Povetkin and Valuev are scared too. So Briggs is the best choice, given the available options.
