why is gary shaw's son in prison?

i don't know if any of you remember the canceled-before-it-aired reality tv show blood and bling or some **** featuring gary shaw, and his embarrassing family... skala? hahaha that joke... anyway, he said his eldest son is locked up in the joint... i was wondering what for? any of you guys that are saavy with researching or just know a lot of **** please help.. thanks

LOL cuban born that is not the son that is in prison.. that is SKALA, his youngest son who is always seen in the ring trying to act like he is a real force... but his oldest son, jason, is the one who was/still is incarcerated... the attempt at a reality show for the shaws was done like way back in 2005 when jeff lacy was still undefeated.. wow, that seems like a lifetime ago... ehh, dont know, just got my curiosity going cause ive always kinda liked shaw... i think he is a real guy despite being a little full of **** like all promotors...
