If he can't accept random blood testing, (like Shane agreed to) then he doesn't deserve to fight Floyd anyway. With that much money at stake, you should at least agree to any form of drug testing period. You're an ATHLETE for Pete's sake! Prove you're clean, as you claim Manny! No that statement is incorrect. Both fighters had a chance to make the fight. I dont see how pac is the sole reason the first fight wasn't made. If floyd agrees to the 24 day cut off their was a fight. And if pac agreed to the 14 day cut off there is a fight. Anyway that is the past. You cant justify floyd ducking because of the past.
