Contradicting? I'm pretty sure both have to do with footwork. For example, if Joel Julio had good ring generalship when he fought Kirkland, he may have been able to outbox Kirkland and go the distance, but he had no idea how to pivot to use less energy.LOL!!! Pivoting thier foot, Good Ring Generalship. Contradicting yourself. Martinez was able to assult Williams 'coz Williams is a volume puncher that is always moving forward and Martinez is one Heck of a strong Counterpuncher. Ring Generalship to me is how you dictate the fight, not on how fancy your footwork is.
Go watch Williams vs Mitchell, Wright, Pakua.... and you'll witness the footwork he's able to display... he doesn't just walk forward like all Pacquiao opponents not named Marquez. You're right, Williams is a volume puncher but that's why Roach wants no part, PWill can hit you on the move and from angles, he doesn't just walk in a straight line at you.
Martinez is the real problem, he's the one that show PWill that volume punching won't beat everyone, you have to be able to counterpunch and think in the ring.... which also isn't Pacquiao's strength so why get into it with a '54 lb Marquez-type? Please watch more than just Pacquiao fights.Comment

Is Margarito the best available? To be honest, I actually believe Mosley was the one fighter that could compete with Floyd abd we saw what happened there, at this point I don't even see Pac as being the best available opposition for Mayweather, but PBF would be the best for Pac and everybody else. You dumb ass, you missed the point! We don't know what Manny agreed or not agreed to for this next fight because Floyd Jr. went MIA. Then this time, when Floyd stated "I am not even thinking about boxing right now" we have no idea about what they offered or didn't offer. Then this 'no negotiations ever happened' crap comes out over two months after first announced on ALL THE BOXING Sites. The Mayweathers are ducking, plain and simple. Floyd Jr. says "I am the greatest of all time, better than Ali, Robinson, Leonard, etc" and then doesn't take a $40 million (probably closer to $60 million when all is said and done) to fight the best? WTF? You can't be the best when you don't fight the best available opponent...
So I'm just wondering from your stance if you think that Margarito is the best available to fight Pac??Comment
