no doubt in my mind HBO wanted the fight...they saw the cash, so i believe Greenburg is involved as a go between 110%

arum no doubts was looking for ways to explore the drugs testing, purse split, contract details etc with the mayweathers but knew he was better served letting Greenburg sound out the Mayweather camp on terms...no doubt in my mind Greenburg did exactly that and they probably got close to something in principle.

Once Mayweather decided to hold off fighting it was all about damage limitation from his end and Arum wanted the same, so he heaped it all on Mayweather by putting up the clock and saying he had sent a contract knowing full word from Greenburg that team Mayweather wanted to hold off. Mayweather hid behind his advisors and stayed quiet whilst his advisors have got the bare faced cheeck to try and front it saying everyone is lying.
