Klitschko fed up with Rahman's mouth

A recent interview reported by seconds out.
World Boxing Council Heavyweight Champion Vitali Klitschko's next fight will be against the winner of the Aug. 13 Hasim Rahman-Monte Barrett "interim" WBC heavyweight title bout.

A letter from the WBC dated July 14 and sent to Klitschko, the management teams of Rahman and Barrett and Don King Productions, said that Klitschko, as WBC champion, will get 65 percent of the purse. The "interim" champion, whether it is Rahman or Barrett, will get 35 percent. The match will take place later this year.

"I am proud to be the WBC heavyweight champion and I want to thank the WBC and its president, Jose Sulaiman, for finding a fair solution to our situation," said Klitschko, who had strongly considered making a voluntary title defense in September. "There has been a lot of criticism against me lately but now that I am healthy and able to fight, and know when my next fight will be, I am keen to go forward and show the critics and especially my fans who the real heavyweight champion of the world is.

"Whoever I fight next, I will be ready. I will not be rooting for either Rahman or Barrett, but Rahman has been talking so much and saying so many bad things about me, I think I would love to personally shut him up once and for all.''

So Klitschko will fight a voluntary defense against Brock on September 24th with the blessing of the WBC, only if the winner of Rahman/Barrett isn't ready.

No giving up the belt, no dodging Rahman no BS at all.

Id look more foward to a Toney vs Byrd matchup than Klitschko vs Brock/Rahman/Barret

byrd is so boring, n im not a fan of toney. i like klitsckho
n to be honest im surprised at vitali sayin that, cuz he usually i s such a nice kinda guy, not really a trash talker. but i think rahman is looking past barret, n that aint a good idea. we've all heard rahman talking about how he desereves the shot n ****, but we haven't heard anything from barret. cuz i think hes focused, hes really picked up his career in his last few fights.
but i mean if there is anyone who has a chance at beating klitsckho its rahman, if barret wins hes going t o get smashed. wladmir murdered barret. vitali has more power but IMO less skill then wladmir, so i still think vitali will pound him to death

What do you call the three postponments, the pleading with the WBC, and the talk of fighting Oleg Maskiev and Calvin Brock?

Anti-Klitschko propaganda. None of it has proven to be true. It's only been 7 months since Vitali's last fight, and he's been injured. Every one seems to forget that Rahman was the one who originally postponed the fight. Fighting Brock or Maskaev was going to be a Voluntary bout, only to happen with the blessing of the WBC, and if the winner of Rahman Barrett isn't ready.

All other scenarios were just Anti-Klitschko propaganda.

That's the truth Bozo, now what are you going to do with it?
