Nah i wouldnt call pac a bully. People would be calling margarito a bully for fighting a 5ft6 guy who started at 116. Margarito is not unhappy with 150 so i cant be angry at Pac. Margarito is relishing the opportunity and desperate to be in a big fight again. He is drooling at the prospect of sharing a ring with FOTD.
NO ****.. probably as the fight itself sets him up for life win or lose...
That's not even going into the fact that he is a cheat and got KTFO in 9 by Sugar Shane..
The other way around in fact. Pac is just known for signing the contract with not much fuss. The speed and easiness at which the contracts were signed for Cotto, Hatton and DLH were mind boggling fast. Might have been a few niggling problems but that is all.

Cotto did not want to put the belt at 145 but Pacquiao did not want to fight at 145 without the belt.
Erik Morales was strugling to make weight, move up and Pacquiao requested the fight to be at 130 with weight penalty.
