Ruiz is far more boring.

The Eastman fight was good in technique. If you like one punch artist look at prime Tyson fights.

If Ruiz is on an undercard its a genuine test for me to make to to the main bout!! i'm always falling asleep watching him.

Hopkins is far better to watch, althougth his style is sometimes very boring he still has good technique and that in itself is interesting.

Ruiz vs. Oquendo, yes, very boring, but at least ended in a knockout to give fans some satisfaction. Have you ever seen the Marquez-Gainer fight? That gets my vote as worst fight of all time. Neither guy landed a SINGLE MEANINGFUL PUNCH until the 7th round. I think the biggest blow in the fight was an accidental headbutt.

a satisfying knockout? have you even ****ing seen the fight? ruiz staggers oquendo with ONE punch and oquendo staggers back (but hes not out-on-his-feet stunned) and all of a sudden, the ref steps in an calls a TKO victory for john the bum ruiz. that was one of the worst calls a ref has ever made in boxing history. if u thought chavez/taylor 1 was a satisfying KO, than u would even be less satisfied with ruiz/oquendo at least oquendo wasnt even knocked down.

the oquendo/ruiz KO was about as satisfying as sticking needles under my fingernails.

hopkins is boring to regular boxing fans. fans who appreciate the pace of the sweet science admire hopkins technique. but still, sweet science or not, hopkins' style is rather boring to all.

but john the bum ruiz is undoubtedly the least skilled and most boring fighter in history. a few times in the hopkins/eastman fight, hopkins took a punch, ****** his chest and egged eastman on. ruiz just jabs and grabs, period. ruiz actually though he wont the toney fight. ruiz is boring and a moron.
