Agreed. And Bobby knows that us boxing junkies will watch gamboa fight a paper bag because we love boxing so he takes advantage of us "schmucks" as he called it. Problem is that we only get fights once a weekend and occasioinally during the week so we are jonesing come a Saturday night, and ole Bobby sticks it to us time and time again. Yea man I agree the only way to get his attention is to hit his pockets. I say everyone on here send e-mails to HBO saying something, well put together, like reasons why boxing fans don't agree with this and if they get enough of them it will catch their attention when we say no ppv buys or even watch the fight if on regular tv. Don't think this will acutally happen but hey its worth a try.

I just sent off a message to HBO to not approve of Salido as Gamboa's replacement.

And to instead push for a Gamboa vs. Caballero showdown.

I don't know if it will do any good but if enough of us email HBO who knows?

Don't let that record fool you, Salido can really fight. However he will probably be too slow and predictable for Gamboa. But if Gamboa is careless he could be in some deep water.

Hopefully some small voices can lead to HBO execs to make the strong decisions. fans not getting the fights that matter has gone on long enough...
