All of a sudden stories of Pac being handled in sparring when the exact opposite is what weve heard.
But he saves the best performance for last and that is come fight night usually.

I wouldn't be suprised if this happened because of two things:

Malinaggi took every body shot cotto had and wasn't dropped at 147 (cottos optimum weight). He got dropped by a headshot though.

Khan dropped malinaggi with a hook to the body BUT khan pulled on his neck so the ref thought it wasn't. This was at malinaggis optimum weight of 140 as well so.... I wouldn't count it out.

        What he said.

        Of course it's possible.

How many rounds did Pacman fight Cotto for, versus how many rounds he's sparred with Amir!?????

        Probably did happen, big deal.

Cotto and Malignaggi fought at 140 not 147. Malignaggi was beat up badly that fight, so getting knocked down or not didn't matter.

Amir did say he thinks Pac would beat him though. And knowing how confident Khan is, if he had of had Pac down during sparring, he would be so full of himself and let it be known in interviews and stuff.

On the basis of knocking Pac down once, im sure Khan would say he could beat Pac. Unless of course Pac battered Khan to a pulp daily which he probably often did.

My bad thought it was at 147 for some reason lol. But he did get beat up more against khan and even got stopped.

And guys the last time pac and khan sparred was khans first training camp with freddie roach. Look at how much he's come on since then, I would love to see them sparring now it would be sick.

If this is true, it would explain why Arum doesn't want to put Pac in the ring with Mayweather.

i am not sure, it could be, but i think they wanna fool margarito, they want him to go the body only probably, thats why they spread stories about pacquiao getting knocked down in a sparring fight..

I guess Pac hadn't started taking his PEDs when he sparred with Khan.

Funny how you didn't say the same thing to Bob Arum about the alleged agreement that he made with GBP to stage a fight between Mayweather and Pac. I guess you only have to see it to believe it when it comes to something negative about Pacquaio.
