making a guy move down in weight a lot worse. moving up in weight is not as big a deal because fighters normally weigh 10+ pounds on fight night anyway. moving down in weight even a few pounds is taxing because fighters normally cut a lot of weight as it is. u always see fighters move up weight classes but rarely down

You shouldnt have to do either, you should fight at your own weight and move up or down youself. You shouldnt make your opponent change weight for you.
