This is the fifth time I've seen him and he's never impressed me. I find his fights extremely boring.

oh yes, it still counts, and it sure did look good, but I think the balance issue had more to do with it than anything. The 2nd one was dead on though, and Ouma was walking into those all night. I've never seen him more sloppy and less focused. I dont know what his problem was, but he wasnt even looking at his trainer when he was trying to instruct him. I kept thinking THANK GOD he's not in there with Winky, who would make him look foolish. When he threw that left it seemed to take YEARS to pull it back, therefore he was wide open for the counter every time.
I like him alot, and really hope he gets his act together soon!

My advice is unless he was just really off that night .. steer clear of Simms and Mayorga. Simms is so underrated, I hope he gets a big fight soon to show his boxing talent off.

I honestly think he was off...VERY off! Are you referring to Travis, or Tarvis Simms?

Only problem is his long layoff, he needs to shake is ring rust off a little bit.

lol, just making sure you meant him and not his twin Tarvis. I agree he's underrated and remember both of them fighting from yr's back in the Ballroom, long before making it to Showtime.

How can you say he sucks after he lost a fight to a fighter with one loss? Maybe he is overhyped, but you cant judge it off of this fight. He was not himself and he will get a chance to bounce back.
