    Why doesn't Pacquiao buy out his Flop Stank contract?

    Anyone have any reason Pacquiao at this stage of his popularity doesn't buy out his contract with Flop Stank and start his own promotion company? Pacquiao could make more money on his own at this point but....

    Could it be honest in house Arum has some "dirty rice" on him?
