Weight Limit Penalty for Pac Marg Fight?

If Margarito comes in at 151-154 lbs in November, is there a weight limit penalty? Let's say he weighs 152 lbs at the weigh in. Since the fight is for the 154 lb title, how much would he have to pay manny, $2 million? Would he still be eligible to win the title? Anyone know?

Any fight that takes place between 154-148 pounds is a junior middleweight fight so their is no controversy to be made here except that Floyd fans are as usual overexagerrating things to discredit Pac possiably having 8 titles in 8 divisions.

It's not for the 154 title I don't know why you keep saying that, it's for the Junior Middleweight title and any fight where both fighters weigh in between 148-154 pounds are fighting in the junior middleweight division. 154 pounds is just the maximum limit to be considered a junior middleweight.
