I have taken yoga classes and they absolutely help with flexibility and relaxation two things which would help a boxers performance.

Later a few weeks after the class ended I realized that I do like women again though

1. Now y would pakistanis want to follow the indian lifestyle if anything, indians and pakistanis both love to be arab, only pakistanies get away with that becoz of their fair skin, but the indians they are too dark and ugly, plus they are either maids, cleaners or driver here in my country.
