If both fighters are meeting at a weight they do not currently fight in then it's a catch weight.

do you understand what is catchweight? it means when you fight in between the weight range. for example is 141 - 146. but if you fight at 147 that means it is a full welterweight fight mr boxing genius! "YES SIR"

its open dude! im just pointing out his claim that oscar and manny fought at a catchweight. while it was a clear 147 welterweight limit! when you say catchweight it was between 141 to 147 like cotto vs manny at 145 that is a catchweight. but oscar and manny is 147 so its full welterweight. and its oscar who wants that. manny was still lightweight that time!
