Barry McGuigan and Wayne McCullough beef.

WayneMcCullough FYI last year Barry McGuigan told me I'd "abandoned" boxing! This coming from my childhood hero. But it really shouldn't have surprised me!

WayneMcCullough Don't know why boxing ppl keep disrespecting MMA. Boxing promoter Barry McGuigan said recently there's "no dignity in MMA". Totally untrue!

Barry McGuigan is from the same place as my dad in Ireland and my dad said during the 1980's he was a hero in Ireland.

Your Dad's right. Barry was a terrific fighter. Before my time but i have seen some of his fights. He fought the top guys out there.

Wayne is also a legend of the sport. Not as skilled as McGuigan but never have i seen such a chin, heart and courage in all my life. He would absorb shot after shot after shot just to land one.

Both are highly respected analysts...Barry being a bit more of a purist. Wayne, liek his fighting style, prefers the more attacking fighters.
