Jr Middleweight is anywhere from 148 to 154. So if they agree on a catch weight, then so be it. I dont think a vacant title should be up for grabs tho.

Pacquiao could fight Margarito at 147lb for all I care. What's disgusting is that the title will be on the line for this fight. When neither are ranked 1 and 2 and neighter are fighting at Super Welterweight limit.

Mitchell was way past his prime and was just destroyed by Kostya at 140. The guys is like 5'6...LOL... Floyd fought someone SMALLER then him in his move up to WW. lol
