The bottom line is Mayweather does not want to remain active like Pacquiao. He seems to want to fight every one to two years now. He's playing a big game by remaining quiet until them. He wants the world to call him a coward so it can motivate him train as hard as he can to beat Pacquiao. He needs that extra push to motivate him.
