Great thread. Pacquiao's 2 biggest wins were against guys who were coming off losses to Floyd Mayweather. So why can't Floyd fight a guy coming off a loss to Pacquiao? Cotto wouldnt even be one of Floyd's best wins. He's already beaten much better opponents.

If Floyd wasn't planning on fighting Pacquiao, it would have been great. But he would be choosing NOT to fight Pac to fight Cotto instead. Do you not see anything wrong with that?
