Come on man...he wants more than a 50% split to fight first off, second,he is moving down to 147,those are his intentions and there have been like 10 threads posted by this site stating that. HBO is demanding the fight and Martinez said he would fight him in September or October and they are putting up over 2 mill for the fight but Williams wants a bigger split even though he can't draw a crowd and Martinez is the lineal MW champ and a champ at 154 even though he was forced to give up the belt.

Asking for more than 50% is a joke at this point based on a paper win in what realistically was a very even fight, all while right now Sergio is the MW champion of the world and Paul looked less than impressive last time out against Cintron not to mention he doesn't have much of a fanbase either.

He is very fortunate that Sergio is the fighter he is not avoiding him and wants to fight him against for a 50/50 split.
