The way Mosley was reacting to Mayweather's punches tells me he's fully settled in to 147. Not only that, but he was dropping insanely quick 3 punch counters and has Mosley hesitant. People can blame Mosley saying he was shot or got tired and all that other bull****, but Mayweather's quick accurate hands are what did it.
