sure he has every right, but hes still ducking pacquiao if he does.

1.Floyd should be fighting Manny and I don't care what the excuse from either side is.
2.Cotto HAS already lost TWICE that would diminish the victory.
3.Who the hell think Floyd would be Cotto as impressively as Manny or Margo? If he doesn't, no matter if it's 12 round domination, it will make him look bad.
