No I don't think it is fair. Even if you ignore the fact that he cheated, what has he done in the past 2 years that warrants such a lucrative pay day? He got his ass whipped by Mosley and beat a journey man. As far as I'm concerned he should be at the back of the list.

Also how can people say Toney has served his sentence when he hasn't received a liscence to fight in the states.

It is boxing so nothing should be suprising like, this and the way Arum has talked the whole time Margarito has made it seem like a foregone conclusion that he would get a nice fight.

It is just one of the long list of never say never in boxing, but this is hardly that suprising although it is still very distasteful (to me anyways).
