If David Haye fought Alexander Povetkin, who would win?

Now that his mandatory status has been removed by the IBF, Alexander Povetkin will soon be ranked by the WBA.

Povetkin vs. David Haye would be an easy fight to make, since Povetkin's promoter Sauerland has options on Haye.

I think this is an even matchup.

Do you think Haye and Povetkin would agree to fight each other? Or would it be too risky?

Haye will probably fight Povetkin if offered.

Haye by KO. I think it's smart move by Haye if he is offered it. If he does get it then he can trash talk all day long about how he's the real champ by facing the top contenders and giving them fair contracts etc.

Plus Haye needs to test himself at Heavyweight im preparation for a Klitschko fight.

            You think so?

I'd love to see Haye vs. Povetkin, but I think Haye will go for old Audley instead.

Even Haye knows fighting Audley is a farce.

At least Povetkin offers some recognition and Sky can hype Povetkin's unbeaten record. If Haye doesn't fight Povetkin and Povetkin wonders off and fights someone like Arreola or Adamek, then Haye is going to lose out big time.

I think the most likely scenario is that Haye stops him, i'd be very surprised if that weren't the out come, put it that way.

If offered I also think Haye would take this fight. I would also like to see it and like Povetkin to be on Haye's resume.

Haye Vs. Povetkin and Adamek would be brilliant fights regardless of the Klitschko situation, both are much more winable fights for Haye than the huge task of toppling a Klitschko brother.
